Skye Plus
Still playing catchup with the photos. Last weekend we had Skye and the Macqueens for a sleepover; Skye slept on an inflatable bed in Holly's room and Jasmin slept (briefly!) with her mum and dad in the front room. It was a grand night, the kids were calm and the grownups were able to relax and enjoy some of Helen's fine grub and a glass of wine or two. We took the kids to Ravelston Park to wear them out so perhaps that helped. The following morning dawned bright and springy, so we headed down to the Cramond Brig and found a new path down to the weir on the Dalmeny side of the Almond, and finished the morning with a jaunt on the play park by the ponies. Most entertaining.

Sunshine and Skye
Last weekend, we headed down to the Queen's Park to visit Skye and the Macqueens. After a spot of lunch, all four kids took advantage of the spring sunshine and the closed road to do a bit of cycling. Suitably worn out, we returned chez Macqueen for a bit of creative makeup and TV before we headed home. Oddly, we had been in the same vicinity the day before with the Dawsons. We visited Dynamic Earth but only managed one pic of Louis in superhero spaceman guise.
