Lastnight I took Holly up to Bristo Square to have a look at the Red Bull Stereopticon event. The basic idea is that artist - local boy Elph in this case - paints a canvas live while the whole thing is projected onto the side of a building as rapt onlookers sup free Red Bull and enjoy some groovy tunes. And that's pretty much what it was. We met Olivia and Luke there, and in the end I think Holly enjoyed seeing them - and getting to stay up late on a school night - more than the event itself. It was good though, a unusual diversion and a nice idea.
