Hot on the heels of our return from the Alps, and eager for a bit more gravity-based sporting excitement, we took ourselves (and Dave) down to Glentress. (I had a selfish motive, checking out the new-ish 29" wheel size with a view to buying a new bike). We had a glorious day beneath the pines, with usual the skills loop - green loop - Berm Baby Berm - Blue descent route, rounded off with ice cream and splashing in the burn while I rode back *up* the hill to get the car...
